vipfun reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Approved payment methods for players in the Philippines include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. vipfun may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, vipfun reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. vipfun's decision in such matters is final.
Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or collusion with other players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipfun and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
vipfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipfun account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vipfun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
vipfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vipfun may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable law, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

You may close your vipfun account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipfun Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
vipfun operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
